I cannot understand how prescriptions keep going missing. This is def from surgery not pharmacy. Been left short for Christmas now.

Increasingly difficult to get through on the phone for an appointment rang 58 times before I got through this morning! (2 hours.)

The doctor was helpful but it takes longer to explain all circumstances and health problems to one who doesn't know you.
Receptionists are pleasant and helpful but often there is a long queue before they get to one.
